My daughter is home from Brisbane, so what better way to spend some time together than getting straight back into life in the bush! In this episode she joins us for three different hunts, gets involved with some butchering, and we finish things off with a bit of clay target shooting. It's a bit of everything we love about living out here—family, the outdoors, learning practical skills and making the most of the time we have together. Thanks for coming along on another Adventure on Purpose. If you enjoy Australian bush life, hunting, working dogs, outdoor adventures and the occasional unexpected challenge, consider subscribing and following the journey. #AdventureOnPurpose #AustralianHunting #BushLife #OutbackAustralia #HuntingDogs #CountryLife #ClayTargetShooting #Butchering #FamilyAdventure
Home From Brisbane… Straight Back Into Bush Life!
Chas is taking over Adventure On Purpose again — and this time he's trying his hand at bronc riding! We headed to a bronc riding school where Chas had the chance to learn the basics, get some advice from experienced riders, and find out just how hard it is to stay aboard a bucking horse. Then it was time to put what he'd learnt into practice at the Jundah Rodeo in Outback Queensland. There are a few bumps, plenty of dust, some good laughs and a whole lot of learning along the way. Whether he makes the 8 seconds or not, you've got to respect anyone willing to climb into the chute and give it a go! Come along for another outback adventure as Chas takes on bronc riding. If you enjoy hunting, fishing, fossicking, mining, outback life and having a go at something new, subscribe and join us for more Adventures On Purpose. #BroncRiding #JundahRodeo #Rodeo #OutbackQueensland #AdventureOnPurpose #AustralianRodeo

This time Dad stayed home… and I took over Adventure On Purpose! I'm Chas, and for this adventure my girlfriend, the dogs and I headed south of Longreach for a hunting trip in the Queensland bush. Dad normally tells the story on this channel, but this time I'm behind the camera — and doing the narration — as we take the dogs out and see what we can find. It's another chance to get the dogs out in the bush, put their training into practice and enjoy a proper outback adventure together. So come along for something a little different as the next generation takes over Adventure On Purpose! If you enjoy hunting, working dogs, rural Australia and real-life adventures from the bush, subscribe and follow along. There's plenty more to come. #AdventureOnPurpose #PigHunting #PigDogs #HuntingDogs #AustralianHunting #OutbackAustralia #Queensland #WorkingDogs #BushLife #RuralAustralia

Building Our 18-Foot Sapphire Mining Shaft! After staking this mining claim a couple of years ago, it's finally time to take the next big step. In this episode, we drill and install an 18-foot shaft, cement the collar, set up the ladder, establish airflow, and begin the long process of digging towards the sapphire-bearing wash. We also pull up our first buckets of material—and there's even a sapphire waiting for us along the way! This is the start of what we hope will become a productive sapphire mine, and we're excited to share the journey with you from the very beginning. If you've ever wondered what goes into building a small mining operation, this video gives you a behind-the-scenes look at the hard work, planning, and determination involved. 👍 If you enjoyed the video, please give it a like, leave a comment, and subscribe to follow the journey as we dig deeper in search of sapphires!
